Description:

Position Summary
Identify new opportunities by analyzing market needs and materialize requirements and features based on the analysis to gain in-house solution’s competitiveness.
Develop solution and service launching strategies and plan a global expansion in relation to the target market.
Secure a lead in solutions by developing product-related mid- to long-term roadmap.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize the financial settlements with the partners
  • Technical depth and business confidence to articulate various product choices and assert and defend positions regarding the definition and priority of features.
  • Handle customer’s issues and escalate it to the relevant department
  • Design and activate an Integrated Marketing Communication plan spanning from ATL to Retail & E-commerce with direct oversight of Paid and Owned Channels planning and execution.
  • Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams as well as lead the external media and creative agencies, and third-party partners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, or similar within the IT industry.
  • 2-4 Years’ experience in the IT field
  • Demonstrated ability working in or with Fintech payment platform providers such as online payment gateway, issuing platform, and card networks
  • Knowledge of the payment ecosystems, understanding of payment processing
  • Arabic speaker is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skillsAbility to navigate international cultures, work across time zones.
