Senior Specialist, Finance Planning & Analysis

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related discipline with relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance / Accounting or business analytics role, including FP&A

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Strong compliance focus, financial acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of finance systems and planning and reporting processes
• Understanding of data analysis that would allow for pre-emptive identification of issues and their implications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build diverse peer and client relationships
• Strong computer skills, Expertise in Excel, Power Point, Thinkcell, SAP reporting system (BPC)
• Ability to adopt and apply new technologies, techniques, and ways of working, including automation such as Power BI, UiPath, Dataiku, and/or Python as examples
• Passion and intellectual curiosity with respect to healthcare industry
• Comfortable employing financial modeling methods, tools and IT applications to collect, analyze, synthesize and validate financial data to proactively identify issues and support complex business decisions
• High degree of business acumen, ability to use sophisticated problem-solving techniques and tools, in support of strategic evaluations
