Ansell is looking for a Sr Specialist, Marketing Communications to join our team in Brussels.
In this position you will play a vital role in leading a variety of marketing projects by driving lead generation and awareness campaigns leveraging different channels. This position closely collaborates with the Global Marketing and Commercial Unit Teams.

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and reporting to the Assoc. Director MarCom, you will have the opportunity to:

• Proactively oversee that all industrial (mechanical, chemical, life sciences) marketing programs are implemented, measured and monitored and drive potential corrective actions
• Supervise the Marcom Assoc. Specialist with the coordination of localization, translation and distribution of marketing communication assets across the region
• Be innovative and create market relevant content (e.g. campaigns, blog posts, social media posts, opinions, testimonials, technical white papers, thought leadership content).
• Leverage the power of the different marketing channels (e.g. website, email, social media, etc); oversee that the website and digital content are in line with campaigns
• Communicate effectively on marketing communication/collateral related strategy and activities, ensuring efficient application of programs or projects; coordinate and overview the content approvals with the appropriate legal, marketing, sales and regulatory executives.
• Document and own all upcoming and ongoing activities in the Marketing and content management software (Optimizely) and make sure the online calendar is always up-to-date
• Lead the creation and release of the catalogue, ensure it features the latest portfolio range, solutions and services of Ansell
• Monitor industry and customer needs.
• In collaboration with the Assoc. Director Marketing Communications:
• ensure marketing activities are executed within the allocated budget
• evaluate marketing achievements and KPIs, report on improvements and possible issues
• provide support to specific communication (internal/ externa/ operational) needs
• Elaborate the yearly marketing and communication plan

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and project management
• A sound knowledge of marketing and brand management
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Self-driven team player with ability to work independently; cultural sensitive.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and People Management
• Experience in sales and B2B industry a plus
• Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken), any other European language is preferred
• This role may require some travel within EMEA and participation in conference calls with global colleagues outside of standard working hours.
