Description:

Position Summary

  • Provide insights through integrating, visualizing, organizing and analysing data from different sources, and deliver sets of comprehensive reports for Management and Product Managers to support decision making.
  • Manage and update data regularly. Set KPIs and follow up in timely manner
  • Collect sales, demand & P&L related data from subsidiaries or internal supply chain System

Role and Responsibilities

  • Contact Subsidiaries and Branch offices daily and weekly to collect necessary sales, inventory and other quantitative and qualitative data
  • Manage internal data from Samsung Global Supply Chain Management
  • Organize and Analyse collected data into daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Input data into various KPIs documents
  • Report the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Visualize the data for analysis and decision making
  • Work closely with related departments, such as Innovation, marketing and each product divisions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, including internal SCM, and effectively communicate with other departments or subsidiaries to gather necessary data.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse large datasets and present it as per the purpose to identify patterns, trends, or problematic area in a timely manner while relating results to business objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • An analytical mind-set and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills with high level of commitments to deadlines. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities in an efficient way.
  • Strong work ethics, a team-player, self-reliant, focused and works great under pressure
