Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst (Level 4) to join the Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics (TWL) organization based out of one of the listed locations: Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; Seattle, WA.
In this role, you will report to the Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics Director in managing short and long-term requirements. These include building and maintaining metrics and databases, conducting data analysis, collaborating with partners, and assisting in the creation of executive level presentations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development, integration, and execution of strategies and processes to meet business goals and objectives. These actions include creating and monitoring KPIs, preparing business case analysis products, tracking tasks and due outs, and collaborating internally and externally.
  • Coordinates with business partners to provide presentation products, coordinate on requirements, and ensure milestones are met for ongoing tasks.

Collects and assembles data from multiple sources. Conducts research and analysis to assist with decision making.

  • Collaborates with managers, SMEs, project managers, and analysts to support operational needs.
  • Meets with leadership to gain approval on products and projects. Coordinates between leaders and their staff.
  • Provides implementation direction for work delegated to Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics Teams by the Director.
  • Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
  • Assists the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with and supporting senior and executive leadership, displaying clear communication skills across all levels
  • 5+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience integrating, coordinating, and presenting developmental training programs and staffing resource needs across large organizations
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
  • Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve non-technical or operational problems regarding business objectives and team effectivity
  • Experience in communicating across multiple platforms with the ability to effectively reach diverse backgrounds and levels of teammates and leadership

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
