• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Candidate who have experience in home care is an added advantage.

• Guide and provide guidance to staff nurse
• Assisting with daily activities such as dressing or eating
• Provide basic care such as checking and recording vital signs, maintaining patients’ hygiene
• Implement nursing care plan and accesing patients’ condition
• Performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture and etc.
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
• Reporting to patients’ primary care provider.
• Follow all medical regulations and the code of medical ethics.
• Administer certain medications to patients
