Senior Staff Software Engineer

Our work is key to future proofing one of Australia’s largest companies and as a Senior Staff Engineer you will bring a wealth of expertise to be a key contributor including architecture, solution design, development, production and beyond.

TECH SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to possess knowledge of them but experience or exposure with some of them or their equals will set you up for success in this team;

  • Expert in SDLC with broader experience around architecture, design, Implementation, deployment, Integration, and technology transformations is essential.
  • Software: .Net Framework, Web API, Kafka, JS framework (Angular or React).
  • Database: MongoDB, MySQL, SQL , Oracle, etc.
  • Coding languages: (i.e. JavaScript, TypeScript, C#).
  • DevSecOps: CI/CD tools (i.e. GitHub Action, TeamCity, Sonarqube, Artifactory, Octopus).
  • Network: - Firewall, network segmentation, Infrastructure as code, API gateway integration segmentation.
  • Cloud Management: AWS, Microsoft Azure, with the ability to configurate.
  • DevSecOps: Security scanning tools - Checkmarx, Snyk are highly regarded.
