YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You have a relevant degree and 7-10 years of experience with supply chain management. You possess a strategic mindset paired with a comprehensive understanding of business dynamic and y our ability to engage effectively with people at various levels and from diverse backgrounds is crucial.
Your expertise in integrating modern technologies and methodologies within the supply chain will be key to our success and you are a strategic leader who is motivated by the opportunity of developing new frontiers in operational excellence at the same time as embrac ing and respect ing what is currently working well.

Furthermore you have:

• Advanced interpersonal skills and proven proficiency with stakeholder management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement and manufacturing to distribution and delivery and the ability to connect it with IT systems.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices and preferably with stage gate processes.
• Great communications skills and fluency in English both verbally and written.
