YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate has a relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, MBA, or related field and at least 10 years of experience with Business Development, Management consulting, or similar . You are characterized by your strategic mindset and your comprehensive business understanding and you are motivated by engaging with many people on different levels and with different backgrounds.

Furthermore you have:

• Advanced interpersonal skills and proven proficiency with stakeholder management.
• Solid market and customer centric vision and understanding.
• A structured and analytical approach and great problem solving abilities.
• A visionary and holistic mindset and ability to align business goals with IT strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Strategy Execution , and insights into future trends and e merging technologies and perspectives.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices and preferably with stage gate processes.
• Great communications skills and fluency in English both verbally and written.

• Developing and enhancing positive relationships with business stakeholders and through collaboration ensure a deep understanding of their needs and priorities to become their trusted IT partner.
• Prepare and drive the Functional Digital Boards with Senior Executives from the business.
• Being main responsible for governing the VELUX IT &DE Stage G ate model to identify, assess, prioritize new business IT initiatives as well as having the overall responsibility for steering these initiatives through the early phases the process.
• Prepare and present business cases for key initiatives.
• Staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends and novel tools to support the business and develop digital strategies.
• Prepare and Report on IT Portfolio status and prioritization.
• You will be based at the VELUX Head Office in Hørsholm enjoying the benefits of flexible working when it makes sense for you and the business. You can expect some travel nationally and internationally
