PERSONALITY MATTERS

We are looking for a result-driven person with a digital mindset and strong commercial sense to contribute to our continued growth in Water. We imagine that you have experience with the entire marketing toolbox, possess a deep understanding of its processes, and are adept at optimizing the marketing mix. You have an education background in Marketing, International Business, or other relevant field, combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar B2B marketing role. Furthermore, you can demonstrate a proven track-record in strategic marketing strategy and driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

  • Proficiency in go-to-market strategies, product launches, solution and service marketing, and customer segmentation
  • Business acumen and an ability to understand the impact of marketing decisions

Furthermore, experience in the Water business is an advantageIt and it is a requirement that you master English at a high level, both orally and written. Danish, German, and/or other languages is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing global marketing plans, including campaign concepts, product launches, case stories, brand positioning initiatives, etc. in close collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager
  • Crafting compelling value propositions and key messages based on customer insights and market trends
  • Designing and implementing global marketing plans to boost brand awareness, generate leads and increase revenue
  • Delivering inspiring briefings to internal and external teams to guide effective content and asset creation aligned with our brand positioning
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Sales teams to develop the Go-To-Market strateg
