As a Senior Strategic Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in transforming operational challenges into opportunities for growth and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep knowledge and strategic insight to optimize operations, enhance inter-departmental collaboration, and increase overall productivity.

• Expert Collaboration: Forge and deepen relationships with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance productivity and escalate automation initiatives.
• Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary information and alignment hub between Operations and other departments, handling softer topics such as facilitating access to learning & development and aiding in strategy translation for line leadership.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes and refine them to elevate customer orientation, quality, cost-effectiveness, output, and productivity.
• Best Practices Leadership: Identify, share, and implement best practices and operational shortcuts to boost the efficiency of the Operations team.
• Strategic and Responsive Support: Provide strategic support to Claims and Customer Service teams, refining their strategies. Remain adaptable to support during unexpected workload increases.
• Performance Metrics Management: Oversee critical operational metrics such as Claims Productivity per Claims MA, active Customers serviced per CS MA, NPS/Online Reviews, Automation Rate and Backlog Development.
• Resource Management: Enhance personnel planning strategies to optimise resource allocation and meet operational demands efficiently.
