Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Team (LT) Standard Work Adoption: Oversee the governance and discipline of the Leadership Tables process, promoting effective collaboration with verticals and regions. Own the DSD LT process for APD. Lead the implementation of new LT systems, focusing on change management and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Operational Excellence (OPEX) Awards Program: Manage the Global OPEX Awards process from development to execution. Design and develop tools for the 2024 Global OPEX award program. Provide change management and implementation support for the new OPEX system.
  • Support in preparation for APD Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Executive Office Reviews (EOR) and Regional Strategy workshops.
  • Create and deliver value-added State of Business/Executive review presentations and briefing materials for various meetings, providing deep insights to facilitate effective discussions and decision making.
  • Drive collaboration on key strategic discussions through Regional Strategy Forums, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the services commitment project for India dealers. Lead deep dive and improvement projects/strategy consulting at the APD level for priority initiatives. Conduct situational and deep dive analyses for prioritized areas.
