• You drive the energy transition forward by building sustainable and scalable business models based on our XENON platform in collaboration with our partners
• You collaborate with clients to develop the best business strategies and go-to-market plans for our energy management products and service
• You don’t just create nice powerpoint slides with concepts for dusty drawers, you plan and launch real winning concepts and their implementation to push the energy transition even further
• You develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for sustainable initiatives
• You manage the implementation of sustainable projects, including overseeing installations, testing, and training
• You monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
• You provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the continued success of their sustainable programs
• You stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, business trends, and industry developments

This is how you and your application stand out

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field
• 2 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery help you to a rocket start at gridX
• You are motivated to develop sustainable business models and go-to-market strategies for sustainable products and services and have experience with project as well as roll-out management
• You are an excellent communicator, have strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail
• As an enthusiast for consulting topics, you bring an analytical and solution-oriented mindset as well as a hands-on mentality with a breath of fresh air
• You are an absolute team player, enjoy cross-team collaboration but also work well independently
• You show initiative, interest in renewable energies and actively drive topics forward in line with our gridX mentality #getshitdone
• You are also motivated to visit our customers on site
• Excellent German and English skills complete your profile
