Here at Monitor Deloitte we are seeking highly motivated individuals who aspire to work on the most challenging strategy problems, across a range of client organisations. Specifically, we are looking for exceptional talent for a Strategy Manager Opportunity!
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Strategy Manager at Monitor Deloitte, you will play an integral role leading large and complex projects, whilst also supporting and driving sales initiatives within the business. You will apply technical skills and knowledge to design and lead work streams, successfully managing project risks and financials along the way.
The Senior Strategy Manager will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient working environment for various teams, by developing strong relations and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, further enabling you to leverage client relationships to on sell work and shape new opportunities.
You will support and deliver firm development and coach junior team members.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record, coupled with demonstrated strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm or strategy boutique
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise mature judgment
Highly effective communication skills, allowing you to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders, driving key outcomes and developing new opportunities
Proven capabilities in team leadership, mentoring and people management, developing effective and efficient work environments, enabling others to work to the best of their abilities
