QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates will have a balanced profile of scientific and business competencies combined with the ability to effectively communicate and work across the full value chain.

To be successful in this position, you have:

• Relevant high-level life science education, solid experience with the pharmaceutical or life science industry and a strong business acumen
• Strong project and strategy management skills and proven experience in driving complex projects of a strategic nature. This can either come from your previous experience from working in cross-functional science projects, top-tier consultancy or perhaps from working with business development
• Extensive presentation skills and ability to structure material to enable efficient decision-making, while at the same time tailoring the level of communication across stakeholders to ensure success of new initiatives
• Experience working with complex matrix organisations and ability to independently drive an agenda

You have exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex strategic concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

• Collaborating across professional disciplines, including R&ED, Development, Finance, and Commercial business units, to provide both a high level of visibility, accountability and hands on interaction throughout the value chain
• Challenging and collaborating with executive-level stakeholders to ensure project success
• Utilizing your deep understanding of the R&D value chain and strategy toolbox to drive projects independently and within cross-functional team
