Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in Germany. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of major bridge projects, contributing your expertise to shape iconic structures that will stand as testaments to engineering ingenuity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridge projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in Germany or Europe.
- Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, StaadPro, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in relevant design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct structural assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
- Utilize state-of-the-art engineering software and tools to develop innovative and efficient structural designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
