Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Supervisor, Kitting Operations you will manage the day to day of the kitting operations under your responsibility, for both internal and external kit operations-related activities. This includes the reception, technical inspection and replenishment of sterile kits and also the performance management, development and engagement of the team. This position will support the Senior Operations Manager in developing and implementing solutions to further develop, maintain and improve customer satisfaction and experience, streamline processes, introduce standardization and optimize cost.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the kit operations team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop the team, with emphasis in talent development and succession planning.
  • Establish quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the logistics process.
  • Communicate, and enforce policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, policies and internal and external regulations.
  • Monitor performance and develop and implement action plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in terms of cost, quality and service.
  • Report and analysis on issues and performance, providing insights to senior management for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Perform other related work as assigned by management.
