As a Senior Supplier Compliance Executive supporting Compliance Team, you will be trusted to work at the Batam Site. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Responsible for supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
  • Review and ensure Approved Supplier List is up-to-date.
  • Develop, implement and maintain supplier audit program and ensure supplier audits are conducted as per an established schedule.
  • Develop and review Quality Assurance Agreement with suppliers.
  • Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.
  • Responsible for SAR (Supplier Action Request) issuance and working closely with stakeholders to evaluate the disposition of nonconforming product/material.
  • Ensure effectiveness of corrective/ preventive actions.
  • Participate in HA/NB inspection and internal audit.
  • Involve in the product recall, FAA, and mock recall, when required.
  • Involve in continuous improvement and site projects.
  • Working in accordance with the HSE Manual and documented procedures, and reporting HSE issues to the respective area owners.
