Due to a promotion we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Associate to join us as a key member of the Supply Chain team in Ennis reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. This is a key role with responsibility for fulfilment planning for Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions sales orders from the Sales Offices and distributors.

• Own the Sales and Operations Planning to drive both purchasing and production as part of long terms supply and demand forecast planning and for expedited orders as needed.
• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives and distributors on sales orders with a view to planning their order requirements based on priority guidance from management.
• Co-ordinate with the Production and purchasing to best fulfil requirement of both long term and immediate needs of sales orders.
• Communication with the Customer Service Teams and Export Co-ordinators.
• Supporting purchasing and shipping activities
• Order Planning and delivery within the agreed lead-times
• Pro-active communication of issues to establish priorities
• Other duties as required by management.
