JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Bachelor degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics, with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Possess good work attitude, meticulous, responsible and strong follow-through
- Good organizing and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, pivot table, words.
- Preferably have prior knowledge and had worked on Ariba system.Procurement experience preferably in the Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
Procurement
- Perform sourcing for General Goods and Services (GGS) category
- Administer quotation and tender processes
- Review procurement documents as per Procurement Policy and Procedures
- Participate in the evaluation of bids and conduct negotiations
- Ensure that that bids are evaluated fairly, prepare recommendation reports for approval, and award the bids in consultation with users
- Perform procurement transactions in the e-procurement portal (i.e. publication, bid download, award, PO creation, goods receipt) to meet service levels
- Be the point of contact between users and other specialist departments, such as Legal and Finance
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Procurement Manager
Lab Supply Store
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the lab store team to meet objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Work with the Procurement Head business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Ensure all operations are conducted within recognized industry health and safety regulations.
- Devise metrics to measure lab store status and report these figures during monthly management meetings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
