JOB DESCRIPTION
Take the lead in providing unparalleled support to our customers, specializing in Manhattan technologies. As a proactive troubleshooter, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving intricate issues post-implementation, ensuring seamless operations of supply chain software solutions tailored to client-specific modifications.
Your role extends beyond mere support – you’ll be a consultant, partnering with clients to define their needs and craft comprehensive plans for the delivery of innovative solutions. Dive into the details as you perform intricate designs for customer-specific enhancements, guiding clients through the seamless implementation of additional functionality. As a key player in our team, you’ll skillfully prioritize issues and projects, ensuring efficient resolution and project management. Your expertise will not only address immediate concerns but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, as you actively suggest enhancements based on valuable customer feedback.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
- 2-3 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software
- 1 year of experience implementing in any supply chain domain or other enterprise software domain
- 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
- Requires up to 25% travel
