We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our caring and supportive team at Liberty Court , Purley.

• Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
• Undertake work-related tasks as delegated by senior staff, following appropriate training and assessment of competency
• Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
• Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
