Well-known State Government seeking a Senior Surveyor for the provision of a broad range of surveying services

YOUR NEW COMPANY

This well-known State Government Transport Authority is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to be responsible for the provision of a broad range of survey services (including features, cadastral and monitoring) to the transport portfolio. This is an initial 6-month contract with the view to extend.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Exercise professional independent judgement in the assessment and management of survey activities, including both field and office activities.
• Provide high level advice to key stakeholders, including external and internal clients and Lead - Survey Operations on complex cadastral and engineering issues and improvement initiatives.
• Exercise professional independent judgement and discretion in project management, planning, developing, and conducting surveys by utilising the appropriate technology, procedures, and resources.
• Undertake engineering surveys field work and processing (including feature, control, service proving, set-out and monitoring surveys)
