REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in Apple MDM solutions with a minimum of 5 years of experience of Jamf & Intunes.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Senior System Administrator.
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
• Knowledge of system security techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, Fortigate, Crowdstrike, & Zoom VC, Secure Print.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Team management abilities
• BSc in Computer Science or a similar field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing all Level 2 IT tickets.
• Configure internal systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assisting Sys admins in resolving their daily challenges..
• Upgrade the network infrastructure
• Install servers, devices, and firewalls.
• Train new system users and set up their accounts
• Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
• Update technical documentation
• Supervise the Operations team
• Dealing with our suppliers.
