Responsibilities:
As a Senior System Engineer specializing in Nokia NetAct, you will lead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetAct systems.
You will provide technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.
System Design and Implementation; Design and implement Nokia NetAct systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
Advanced Troubleshooting; Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing expert advice and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
Performance Optimization; Analyze system performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Project Management; Manage projects related to NetAct installations, upgrades, and migrations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion.
Documentation and Best Practices; Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices, and ensure that junior engineers adhere to these standards.
Client Relations; Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and addressing technical concerns.
Team Leadership; Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Compliance and Security; Ensure that all systems comply with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
