Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Technical lead level experience with technologies such as Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), VMWare, RedHat or similar.
- Experience designing, supporting, and maintaining internal IT Enterprise IT environment.
- Understanding of Solution or Enterprise Architecture methods.
- Strong Windows experience, knowledge of Linux systems would be preferable.
- Experience supporting Azure or AWS solutions.
- Experience of Identity and Directory services
- Ability to provide mobile device management.
- Some knowledge of DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering – GitLab, Jenkins or SonarQube etc.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Technical Lead, providing technical leadership and some mentoring/coaching.
- Supporting mission critical work for over 1000 end-users across multiple sites.
- Maintaining and developing specific aspects of an Enterprise IT environment.
- Working across technical design, implementation, and support.
- Cloud platform management and implementation of cloud systems.
- Providing support to on-prem and remote infrastructure.
- Mobile device management.
