Senitor Ireland are thrilled to be working with well-established Irish owned company who are hiring a IT Solutions Manager with a Pharmaceutical background to manage an IT Team. This is a fantastic opportunity! Are you coming from a Pharmaceutical background and looking to with some project management, and then this is role for you.
This is a Hybrid role with some travel nationwide as needed. Excellent benefits!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• IT Degree in computer science or related field.
• Management experience.
• At least 4 years IT systems development and support experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of Database systems; SQL; MS SQL Servers.
• Operating Systems (Windows), Active Directory, Virtual Machines (i.e. VMWare & Hyper-V) Monitoring tools, patching and security practices.
• Knowledge of networking and LAN/WAN technologies, Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Web filtering, Connectivity, Data Protection.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of understanding user and process requirements and able to translate them into software solutions.
• Work closely to support and guide the pre-sales and sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical regulations.
