Enstall is seeking a Solar Mounting, Senior Systems Engineer who will advance Enstall’s industry leading certification and compatibility process to ensure exceptional installer experience and best in class permitting experience. The Senior Systems Engineer will coordinate with module, inverter, balance of system, and building product manufacturers to qualify product compatibility and compliance to various standards. You will be a key member of the Product Development and Innovation Team.

Responsibilities:
- Working within a dynamic product development & innovation team, responsible for leading the development of new best in class mounting system solutions
- Create a streamlined module, inverter, balance of system and building products compatibility process for Enstall
- Manage compatibility meetings, documentation, testing, samples, and certification with 3rd party manufacturers
- Lead jurisdiction specific certification projects
- Support product UL certification projects
- Run mechanical, electrical, environmental and performance tests, using environmental chambers, tensile testers, load cells, power supplies, and other measuring/data acquisition/testing equipment to best suit the test objectives
- Craft test plans, collect and summarize detailed data for all tests and write test reports
- Working cross-functionally with customers, product design, manufacturing, quality, product management, and marketing teams.
