Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure and VMware environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on Windows Server and VMware.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server architecture, administration, and security.
• Proven experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and storage solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere products and virtualization concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Design, deploy, and maintain highly available Windows Server environments.
• Configure and manage Active Directory for user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Implement and manage Group Policy for system-wide configuration management.
• Manage and optimize storage solutions for Windows servers.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and high availability solutions for Windows servers.
• Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere products (vCenter Server, ESXi).
• Perform virtual machine provisioning, migration, and optimization.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the virtualized environment.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Windows Server and VMware technologies.
• Document technical configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth system operations.
