Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Integration Manager located in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will lead a team of systems engineering and integration engineers on the B-52 Radar Modernization Program (RMP) program.
The B-52 Bomber is part of our nuclear triad and has been a key component for decades. The B-52 RMP is part of a series of upgrades that will extend the life of the B-52 platform for decades. The RMP program has completed the system Critical Design Review (CDR) and initiated platform upgrades, moving towards system Test Readiness Review (TRR).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT).
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and leads first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering.
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees and first-level managers.
  • Executes the product development efforts in accordance with the MS&B and the RMP tailored Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Works with the program and Capabilities to ensure execution in alignment with standard processes.
