Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst in User Acceptance Testing team to support Auto Product Analytics and Digital Innovation team. As a User Acceptance Testing lead/supervisor you will be working in a dynamic and agile environment, while managing a team supporting testing of mainframe and web-based software products used by the line of business to support their customers. Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure quality in solutions delivered by product team that is used by line of business
  • Work with Product teams at domain level to identify features to target for testing
  • Research system features being developed
  • Collaborate with business users to review solution being delivered to ensure we are delivering what business users want
  • Review test scenarios with testers, assess risk and cover additional test coverage where needed including Exploratory tests, Cross-vertical tests, Accessibility tests and End-to-End tests.
  • Oversee test review process with Business SME as well as arrange and coordinate BAT with business users during regression test cycle
  • Perform manual and automated regression, exploratory and accessibility testing
  • Maintain domain level regression tests and work with automation team to reduce tech debt where noted
  • Work with UAT, Release and Product teams to arrange for test coverage when testers are out on leave/absent
  • Review work done by testers and course correct where needed for adequate coverage
  • Report domain level metrics to leadership, relay the story quickly and effectively so they can make better decisions

In this role, you will:

  • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
  • Record test progress and results
  • Identify and track issues throughout testing
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Consult with users providing advice and direction
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
  • Research system features being tested
  • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
