State government agency responsible in making Queensland safer. Currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their busy team for a temporary assignment until end of September 2024.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will foster best practice recruitment and selection processes through coordination and analysis of various activities. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

• Manage, coordinate and complete the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes of staff
• Undertake all recruitment related activities ensuring alignment with best practice for recruitment service
• Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries
• Liaise with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies
• Review and analyses applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• You will ideally have experience in Human Resource Recruitment and management
• You will have strong leadership skills
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You will have intermediate to high level of IT skills
• You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
