Responsibilities:

As a Senior TA Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to join our team in ANZ. Your primary focus will be sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates with the natural talents and strengths that align with the role they are applying for. Our team is competitive, confident, and passionate about our mission.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and influencing skills to develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will also need to be comfortable with cold-calling and proactively sourcing candidates, as well as juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will work collaboratively with various team members to provide the best experience and process possible, partnering with Candidate Care, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Attraction, Hiring Managers, and interview panellists.
  • You will have the autonomy to identify and lead work on various projects, where you can find new and innovative ways of doing things, based on what excites you.
  • Ensuring candidate management and requisition lifecycle in the ATS are maintained with the highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity will also be critical to success.
  • You will lead the way in ensuring our business has insights into industry best practices and employment trends in your space.
  • Most importantly, you will have a true impact on the business. The work you will do will affect our success for years to come.
