Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions
- Builds a pipeline of qualified, diverse external candidates focused on acquiring key profiles from the market.
- Uses brand awareness to represent the employee value proposition externally.
- Filters applicants and selects appropriately.
- Guides and mentors managers during the selection process.
- Facilitates the internal job market.
- Align to overall people strategy and strategic hiring priorities to deliver talent acquisition solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Partner with Business Leaders and the HR team to define and deliver a talent acquisition plan
- Source potential candidates through different channels (social & professional networks);
- Evaluate candidates’ performance and build long-term relationships with candidates
- Participate in early career hiring, including interns and graduates
- Leverage employer branding to build brand awareness and to attract target candidates to Schneider Electric
- Be a brand ambassador
- Participate in university relations activities
- Make best use of all TA tools, systems and support teams to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions.
- Understand and adhere to all TA processes. Keep data clean and complete all system and candidate actions in a timely way.
