Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions
  • Builds a pipeline of qualified, diverse external candidates focused on acquiring key profiles from the market.
  • Uses brand awareness to represent the employee value proposition externally.
  • Filters applicants and selects appropriately.
  • Guides and mentors managers during the selection process.
  • Facilitates the internal job market.
  • Align to overall people strategy and strategic hiring priorities to deliver talent acquisition solutions that meet the needs of the business
  • Partner with Business Leaders and the HR team to define and deliver a talent acquisition plan
  • Source potential candidates through different channels (social & professional networks);
  • Evaluate candidates’ performance and build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Participate in early career hiring, including interns and graduates
  • Leverage employer branding to build brand awareness and to attract target candidates to Schneider Electric
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Participate in university relations activities
  • Make best use of all TA tools, systems and support teams to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions.
  • Understand and adhere to all TA processes. Keep data clean and complete all system and candidate actions in a timely way.
