Job Profile Description
As an Early Careers Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage projects related to the attraction, assessment and selection, offer and onboarding of early career talent within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and business leaders, to ensure the successful implementation and development of early career recruitment initiatives.
Key responsibilities of an Early Careers Project Manager will include:
Assessment and Selection: Collaborating with HR and hiring managers review the recent changes made to the assessment and selection process, evaluate opportunities for further improvement in line with best practise and qualitative and quantitative data gathered. Understand the opportunity to share these insights into other teams within the region. Determine the metrics that matter and how we can establish a continuous evaluation of the tools, systems and methodologies applied
Keep Warm strategy: Review of current keep warm engagement processes and communications. Make recommended changes in line with best practise and with the firms EVP and brand guidelines
Offer and Onboarding: Review the offer and onboarding process for early career hires, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Early Careers Recruitment Operations: Support the transition of early careers coordination and operations work from a UK focused support model to a regional off shore model including but not limited to the completion of SOPs and SLAs, definition of scope of services, identifying required tools and technologies to support the delivery of this service
Training and Development: Identifying and coordinating training and development opportunities for early career colleagues to ensure awareness of market best practise and support a culture of continuous learning and development
Offer and Onboarding: Review the offer and onboarding process for early career hires, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Metrics, Process and Reporting: Collaborate with wider team to design, develop and implement Early Careers reporting suite. Using available metrics evaluate the progress and effectiveness of early career recruitment processes and make process improvements. Design and delivery of quarterly executive reports detailing the Early Careers activity and results
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers, mentors, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and support for early career initiatives. This includes regular communication, collaboration, and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in early career talent development or HR.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of best practices in early career talent development and recruitment.
Familiarity with HR systems and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and learning management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
