Responsibilities:

  • You have 3+ years of experience with tech recruiting andsourcing in a dynamic startup-like environment.
  • You communicate efficiently, are attentive when interacting with others and have a proven track of successful stakeholder management.
  • You know your way around ATS, and if you’ve used Lever, that’s a bonus.
  • Tracking progressand using relevant KPIs for decision making is your thing.
  • You enjoy seeing your impact and taking ownership, especially to overcome hiring challenges. We value adaptability!
  • You’re organised and you know how to share knowledge and document your work.
  • You’re fluent in English. German or another language is a plus.
