Description:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, playing a crucial role in providing recruitment expertise for our business units in the UK, Germany & Ireland. As a subject matter expert, you will develop a deep understanding of these markets through data analysis, partnering effectively with Line Managers across Supply & Demand to secure the best talent. In this role, you will build diverse talent pipelines, manage both internal and external hiring processes, and ensure a seamless and efficient talent acquisition experience for all stakeholders. Alongside this, you will also own and lead continuous improvement projects, support and mentor TA team members and work closely with the TA Lead/Manager ensuring we are a best-in-class TA team in all we do.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and making offers to candidates using our ATS system (currently Workday)
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR to identify key skills & experience for successful hires and talent of the future, focusing on attracting diverse, quality candidates who embody Mars’ culture+.
  • Use data to evaluate past hiring and partner with stakeholders & HR BPs to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies across segments or skill/craft areas.
  • Employ various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Train and support segments or skill/craft areas on key recruitment skills needed to support an effective, fair & inclusive hiring process.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition SME, staying current with industry trends and recommending process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) within the Talent Acquisition team, identifying areas for enhancement, leading projects, and managing squads to ensure successful completion and process mapping/documentation.
  • Lead on best practice right to work process and ensure compliance with right-to-work processes, including acquiring, checking, and storing documentation.
  • Monitor and track performance against Talent Acquisition KPIs for quality, time, and value, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
  • Ensure data management and protection for all recruitment information.
