The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is an integral member of the Pattern business. We’re looking for a strategic and analytical individual who can create strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in order to bring world class talent to Pattern. This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Melbourne, Australia.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • Work closely with hiring managers to create the recruitment strategy
  • Day to day tasks include identifying staffing needs, post job openings, sourcing candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, negotiate job offers, and manage the hiring process
  • Source top tier candidates both online and in person through LinkedIn, other media, networking events, universities, career fairs, etc.
  • Bolster employer branding (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
  • Maintain data on applicants in ATS throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Ensures accuracy of employee timecards and assists with payroll as needed
  • Monitor’s performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
  • Assist in managing end-to-end people process and strategy
  • Assists Global HR Director with benefits administration
  • Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
  • Data entry and maintenance of employee records in HRIS and other systems
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

What is the team like?

  • You will be mentored by, and report into the VP of Talent Acquisition and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. You will work on a team of other Senior Talent Acquisition Partners across the globe. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will also collaborate regularly with the Managing Director in Australia and other local team members to attract and retain top talent. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
