About the team
The RD team is building a core technology team for TikTok to ensure its sustainable development, providing the best-in-class product experience for all of our users, helping users enjoy their time on TikTok and gain privacy protection trust.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model and hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
  2. Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill the business team’s recruiting goals.
  3. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
  4. Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok’s culture in a meaningful way.
    Minimum Qualifications
  5. Minimum 5 years’ experience, specific in technology/IT recruiting, international recruiting experience is preferred.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experiences.
  7. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
  8. Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
    Preferred Qualifications
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
  10. Experience partner diverse teams.
