Overview:
Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region to join our growing business that does cool stuff that matters.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager for APAC, this is a new role and ideal for someone looking to contribute to the development of long-term recruiting strategies and find top talent with highly specialized skillsets.
The Location: This position is based in either Perth or Brisbane, Australia
Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division: This division was established in 2022 by combining the Autonomy & Positioning (A&P), Mining and Agriculture divisions of Hexagon. With over 2000 global employees, the division offers perception, positioning, vehicle autonomy and site orchestration technologies to enable the full autonomous solution for agriculture, mining, automotive, marine and other industries.
Responsibilities:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively source and attract the best talent in our APAC region.
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring process including posting jobs, interviewing candidates, managing candidate flow through the ATS, maintaining communication with managers and candidates, managing approvals, and presenting and negotiating offers.
  • Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies to build a talent pipeline for key skillsets.
  • Manage the candidate immigration and relocation requirements and work with service providers to ensure the best experience.
  • Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to build a pipeline of qualified candidates across our division, optimize the use of our ATS and other tools, advise leaders on interviewing and selection best practices, and develop and maintain employment branding and messaging for our division in partnership with Marketing.
  • Attend campus and industry recruiting events; promote our company through these events and our online presence.
