What will your day-to-day look like?
- Utilize your headhunting skills to discover and attract our candidates, and subsequently assess their potential.
- Use a variety of channels to source qualified candidates, including social networks, online recruitment platforms, and professional events.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the onboarding of new employees (including negotiating with selected candidates, including job offers, benefits, and conditions), primarily for our senior corporate positions.
- Collaborate closely with client managers to understand their needs, challenges, and operations in order to develop a customized strategy for candidate attraction and assessment.
- Keep up-to-date with trends and advancements in the market and talent acquisition to stay competitive.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador to provide an outstanding candidate experience.
- Work closely with Human Capital team members throughout our processes.
- Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects, and processes.
What do you need to succeed?
- Strong influencing skills as an expert talent acquisition advisor.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in headhunting for senior positions and managing internal clients at the executive level.
- Bilingual (English and French) as you will collaborate with employees/candidates across Canada.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and autonomy while being responsive to the unexpected.
- Demonstrated flexibility, collaboration, and initiative, always with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
