Description:
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in related field combined with a mix of in-house and external recruiting experience.
- An understanding of Indonesian and regional markets.
- Expertise in managing end to end recruitment processes and proficiency in search fields, including search strategies.
- Experience in CRM and/or applicant tracking systems, along with Microsoft Office products.
- Expertise in collecting metrics, developing dashboards, and delivering persuasive recruitment insights to businesses using data analysis.
- Having prior experience in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence, be responsible for building positive relationships to establish credibility for TA function.
- Conduct full life cycle searches encompassing the development of search strategies, sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates, and subsequently formulate and present recommendations of qualified candidates to the hiring team.
- Build strong talent pipelines by developing programs for proactive sourcing of qualified applicants and using employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure the data integrity of your portfolio by using Power BI and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and take charge of database management along with the metrics.
- Remained updated on organizational changes like acquisitions, reorganizations, and new product launches, as well as industry and technology trends that may impact hiring strategies and future needs.
