Responsibilities:
- Supporting the whole recruitment and selection process
- Close cooperation with the research team
- Job advertisements posting and updates
- Searching, contacting and pre-screening candidates
- Support the onboarding process
- Organizing and conducting interviews
- Keeping contact with candidates, managers and external partners
- Represent our company on Employer Branding events
- Administrative support of the recruitment process (presentations and KPI reports)
