Vena is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to partner closely with senior leaders and own searches across all departments. What you will do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and define the responsibilities and requirements of open positions across the business
  • Develop and implement talent strategies and create a robust and diverse talent pipeline through a variety of channels
  • Conduct regular post-recruitment reviews with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy. Advise and provide new ideas on how we can improve future pipeline and make our hiring process more efficient
  • Ensure high-quality candidate and customer (internal stakeholder) experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely position and candidate records using our ATS.
  • Compile, analyze, and utilize recruiting data and metrics to enhance the recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment strategies and effective hiring methodologies, ensuring we are providing a positive candidate experience at all stages and are utilizing the most efficient hiring process
  • As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be tasked with a heavier and/or more complex portfolio of roles to fill
  • Be a mentor to other members of the Talent Acquisition and larger People teams
  • Collaborate within the People team in improving and evolving recruitment strategies and processes
  • Focus on continuous learning through conferences, industry research, networking events, etc.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency or fast paced SaaS environment
  • Experience in prospecting passive candidates
  • You are a driven recruiter with demonstrated creativity in generating and growing robust talent pipelines, including sourcing
  • You have superior relationship management skills and care deeply about the candidate experience at all stages in the recruitment process
  • Your organizational skills are immaculate, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in an extremely dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
