Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Human Resources, HR transformation, implementation, strategic planning, process re-engineering, project management, business case development, compliance, or risk experience.
  • Experience thinking strategically, offering creative solutions, and challenging the status quo on large scale initiatives.
  • HR system experience (Workday)
  • Experience with data analysis and text analytics in formulating conclusions.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders and regulators.
  • Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion.
  • Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.
  • Understanding of ever-evolving governance processes and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in regulated industry with large-scale processes in a constantly changing environment execution while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • BS / BA degree or higher.

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Talent & Performance Management Consultant role.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in implementation and management of programs, processes, guidelines, tools and instruments that support core operations and initiatives such as, career planning and development, talent planning and development, individual engagement and team effectiveness, diversity and inclusion and both culture and change management for a line of business or the company
  • Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium to high risk deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to align approaches and consult on business needs while integrating diversity and inclusion into business strategies
  • Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients and to integrate and align initiatives to close the gap between current and desired future state
  • Influence diversity and inclusion scorecard metrics and coaching behaviors that drive progress toward individual, marketplace and advocacy goals
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
