QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, demonstrated competency and general understanding of various areas of human resources such as employee relations, selection/recruiting, counseling, performance management, etc.
- Required Education:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Certifications: SCP-SHRM (Senior Certified Professional, Society Human Resource Management) is preferred.
