ABOUT THE ROLE
L3Harris is seeking an Senior Tax specialist to join the Corporate HQ International Tax team, to support the organisation’s pursuit of strategic goals & objectives. Reporting to the APAC Tax Director, you will serve as a key member of L3Harris CHQ international tax team and will oversee a portfolio of companies and processes within the APAC region.
This role interacts with multiple domestic and international tax teams and external advisors, and constantly strives for improved performance, creates, and implements tax action plans and works effectively across the businesses functional teams to identify opportunities for effective tax compliance risk mitigation; realise tax savings and identify and implement tax process and internal control improvements. You will also business partner with our regional operating companies to provide tax guidance & advice on customer bids, and programs being executed.
Day-to-day, your tasks will be centered on proactive management of tax return filings, tax payments, tax & tax cash forecasting, tax bookings and internal and external tax reporting as well as ad hoc project work.

- Relevant professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting, and preferably Tax
- Experience with a multinational, in a fast-paced and complex technical environment
- Ability to work to tight internal and external reporting and compliance deadlines
- Ability to work with key stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels
- Strong international technical (tax) knowledge and established technical tax contacts
- Familiarity with Oracle HFM Financials & Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service ARCS tool and ERP systems
- Medium to advanced Excel skill
