Senior Tax Consultant EMEA (m/f/d)
Role Overview:
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for taxation? Do you have experience in handling European Corporate Tax matters and knowledge of German and other European countries Corporate Taxation? Are you proficient in IT with knowledge of OneSource and SAP? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant EMEA (m/f/d) to join our dynamic EMEA Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various activities such as US GAAP quarterly and annual tax provisions, special projects, local tax planning initiatives, tax audits and litigations, local tax compliance, and transfer pricing implementation and monitoring activities.
Role Responsibilities:

As our Senior Tax Consultant EMEA (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing US GAAP quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC740).
  • Assisting in special projects (restructurings, M&A, etc.) and local tax planning initiatives.
  • Managing tax audits and tax litigations.
  • Ensuring local tax compliance.
  • Implementing and monitor transfer pricing activities.

Experience and Competencies:

What do we expect from you as our Senior Tax Consultant EMEA (m/f/d)?

  • Degree in Tax, Accounting, or similar field.
  • Experience in handling German Corporate Tax matters.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or in a consultancy practice.
  • Knowledge of the application of technology to enhance and improve Taxation processes is a distinct plus.
  • Fluent in English and German, knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.
  • Proficient in IT with knowledge of OneSource and SAP as an advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong team player and able to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
