Responsibilities:
We are seeking to appoint a full time (1.0FTE), permanent Senior Teaching Fellow to manage and teach into our Master of Business Administration Programme. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a Programme in a University of high international standing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Teaching (on campus and online) post-graduate and post-experience students on the MBA Programme.
- Liaising with academics, professional executives, and contractors to ensure the curriculum is academically sound whilst meeting the needs of the business sector.
- Managing papers on behalf of the delivery team.
- Advising students on paper selection
- Providing students with professional development opportunities including mentor programmes, case study coaching, career development programmes, speaker events and Alumni as appropriate.
- Staying abreast of competitors’ programmes, and relevant markets in order to inform decisions around programme design and development.
- Contributing to the effective and efficient running of the School and its responsibilities within the University and wider community.
