Description:
Doctolib is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering leaders to ensure operational & hiring excellency while attracting the best talent.
Responsibilities:
- You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
- You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing
- You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing
- You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders
- You will engage and coach hiring managers
- You will be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience
- You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics
- You will collaborate with our robust global talent acquisition team (recruiters, sourcers, and coordinator) to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective
